Delivery charge and payment

The current flat delivery charge at checkout is KSh 100. Review the delivery charge and order total before placing your order. Cash on delivery is the current checkout payment method.

Free store pickup

Confirm your delivery arrangements

Contact us before ordering if you need to check whether your destination can be served, arrange a particular delivery time or clarify any special handling requirements. Delivery timing is confirmed for the particular item and destination. This page does not promise same-day or next-day delivery.

Details to provide

Use an accurate recipient name, reachable telephone number and clear delivery location. Keep your order reference and make sure the delivery contact is available. If your contact details or location change, let us know as soon as possible.

Receiving your order

Check the package and item details when they arrive. If an item is missing, damaged or different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with the order reference and relevant photographs. Keep the packaging where possible to help explain the issue. Receiving a delivery does not remove applicable rights concerning a defect discovered later.
